Pre-Construction support through scheduling, estimating, constructability reviews, value engineering, as well as project management and inspection through construction phase. Acting as an extension of teh owner’s staff, we provide leadership and coordination to improve schedule performance, minimize cost overruns and ensure high quality, successful construction projects.

Federal Government Consulting
After a contract receives government (USACE) training to comply with contract requirements, 21 DELTA Construction/project Management personnel are available to coach, mentor and teach a contractor through the sum of contract requirements. Our personnel have extensive experience as government quality assurance inspectors and USACE management. We are familiar with the expectations of the government and know how to attain success, along with a broad knowledge of the federal government small business set-aside programs and goals.
